Jeremy King
Executive Vice President, Marketing, Communications and Client Services
Jeremy King is Executive Vice President, Marketing, Communications and Client Services at Man Investments Inc. and is based in New York. He works closely with the Institutional Relationship Management and Intermediary Sales teams on U.S. strategy and is responsible for all aspects of marketing to institutional and private clients in the U.S.
For the two years prior to joining the marketing effort, Jeremy worked in the Product Structuring and Transaction Management Group of Man Investments in Switzerland. As Head of Legal Development and Control, Jeremy concentrated on financial product structuring, legal risk management and developing a market intelligence function. Prior to joining Man Investments in 2004, Jeremy worked for seven years at Clayton Utz, a leading Australian law firm. As a senior attorney in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department, Jeremy ran complex corporate control transactions, specializing in takeovers and equity capital raisings. While at Clayton Utz, he was seconded to Colonial First State (Australia’s largest funds management company) as corporate counsel for twelve months.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, a Masters in International Laws from the University of London and a graduate diploma in Applied Finance and Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia. He holds his FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses.
